Simplify ordering your wedding flowers!   You can choose between 3 color palettes: Whites + Greens, Soft Pastels or Bright + Cheerful.

We will create the most stunning florals for your special day in our signature organic style with a focus on using locally grown blooms. Simply select the quantities and kinds of arrangements from the drop-down menu below.

The Soft Pastel Collection may include a blend of soft pinks, peaches, lavenders, whites, pale blues and pale yellows.  However, we will not necessarily include all the colors listed.

ORDERING GUIDE

Wondering how much to order and how big things are?Here’s a quick breakdown.

Bouquets

-A Posy is a mini bouquets and are around 5” in diameter

-Small bouquets are around 6-7” in diameter

-Medium sized bouquets are around 8-9” in diameter

-Large bouquets are around 10-12” in diameter

Arrangements

-Bud vases have 2-3 blooms and come in a petite vase. They are generally used for cocktail tables or in groupings of 3-5 bud vases or more per guest table depending of the fullness desired.

-Small arrangements are around 8”DIA. They are generally used on smaller bistro tables in the 36”-48” range or spaced down rectangular farm tables.

 -Medium arrangements are around 14”DIA. This is the appropriate size for a 5’ or 6’ round guest table or can be paired with other sized arrangements on rectangular farm tables.

 -Large arrangements are around 24”DIA. Great for ceremony arrangements, bars or any other area where you want to make an impact!

*All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the event day. 

*All orders must meet a $400 minimum.

*All vases will be simple clear vases and are included in the cost of the florals.

*All orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

*Flowers can be picked up from our studio located in the Scott’s Addition neighborhood in Richmond, VA the morning or the event or the day before.  We will reach out to schedule a pick-up time and address after you place the order.  On some weekends, we can offer delivery in the Richmond for an additional fee, however this is dependent on our schedule.  Please email us at flowers@photosynthesis.bz for more information and availability.

*Flower collections on this site are non-customizable.  You are welcome to add any preferences to the notes section which we will keep in mind and try to honor. However, overall flower selections and exact colors will be chosen by our design team based on availability.
