Summer is really heating up around here and I've been enjoying looking through all of our spring weddings to share with you. This next one was captured by the very talented Katie Nesbitt Photography.
Mica + Conor wed at the stunning Pippin Hill at the end of April. Maureen from Just a little Ditty seamlessly planned all the details and from start to finish and everything felt simply flawless.
The ceremony seating was shaped in a circle and the florals were kept simple by placing a bed of white petals at the alter. I just love how the petals frame Mica + Conor as they exchange their vows.
Mica loved lots of greenery and wanted to make sure to incorporate wheat into the florals as homage to her growing up in Oklahoma. The wheat cast golden highlights throughout and beautifully blended with the wooden chairs, flooring, tables and overall feel of Pippin to create a lovely neutral and inviting space. We created a mixture of tall and low arrangements to create some visual height variation in the reception space and made a dramatic hanging greenery installation above the head table. Congratulations Mica + Conor!
